Urgently require Ticketing Staff who have the following skills: Minimum 5 years experience in this role Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Sabre or Galileo or Amadeus Excellent customer service skills Experience in Issue, Reissue and EMD Roles and Responsibilities: As ticketing staff, you will be responsible for answering the phone, booking tickets and hotel reservation for customers by GDS system. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provide ticketing for customers and making every component of a trip as seamless as possible Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances Be responsive to customers needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up Hours Per Day: 8. Salary: Dependent on experience and skills. Nationality of Staff Required: Any Nationality - Work permits provided. Start & Finish of Contract: To start as soon as possible.
