Hiring: Full-Time SEO Manager

A growing digital marketing agency is looking to hire a full-time SEO Manager. The chosen person will be responsible for emailing potential linking partners. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months experience with relative success in doing blogger outreach.

TASKS INCLUDE:

The usual daily tasks include:

1. Uploading prospects & sending outreach emails using Ninja Outreach. Ninja Outreach is a software we use to send emails in bulk automatically. So you really don't need to manually send each email, a software does it for you.

2. Manage multiple inboxes. Under this task includes (1) responding to any interested webmasters, (2) sending follow ups to unresponsive webmasters, (3) sending draft articles to webmasters/bloggers.

3. Coordinate with Link Prospector and Writers. The Link Prospector sends you a list of prospects to contact and you schedule it on Ninja Outreach. For the writers, you let them know when we have an interested blogger and they submit the articles to you.

4. Other adhoc tasks related to outreach. At our current pace and # of clients, this won't take 8 hours. So I do plan to give you a few other tasks. Still related to outreach.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Google-drive savvy (sheets and docs)
2. Proficient in gmail
3. Has SEO background
4. Great written English skills
5. Familiar with Ninja Outreach, Mailshake, Ahrefs/Semrush
