Video Editor for Ecommerce Store

Looking for a quality video editor to create videos from clips/videos available online
( youtube/instagram/facebook).

Video editor must be able to compile product videos (landscape/square) already available on social media, add texts (Top/Bottom), transitions, royalty free sound etc and produce 50sec - 1 mins video for running Facebook ads.
