Inside Sales Representative & General Superstar

We are a small but fast growing international recruitment firm looking to expand our team with an Inside Sales Representative. We are looking to expand our work family and find someone to grow as we do. The ISR will work directly with the CEO to screen and interview candidates over the phone to ensure their suitability for our client.

Once you have approved their suitability, fill out their application and present the candidate in the best possible way to ensure the interest of the client. Also help the CEO and development team in the testing of new software they are developing, with the intention to streamline the process of recruitment. Each day will be different so a real multi-tasker that is excited to solve problems and help with any and all tasks as they come up is vital.

Must have
- Impeccable English accent. *Please do not apply* if you cannot pass for English being your first language. Unfortunately our industry requires it;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Experience working in a consultative sales environment;
- Outstanding understanding of computers with an interest in using technology to streamline processes;
- A drive to succeed;
- Ability to work nights is a must, potential to split shifts according to your situation;
- Live in an area with excellent cell reception and fast home wifi;
- Attention to detail;
- Modern cellphone and laptop.

Nice to have
- An entrepreneur with experience of running their own business;
- A graduate degree;
- Education and/or work experience in England / USA / Canada;
- Background in journalism / writing / bookeeping / QA / project management ---------- pensation
$4 - $10 per hour (depending on experience) + commission
