Dear applicant,
concerning this job offer I am looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of textil merch.
Your job includes the visualization and creation of texts and graphics optimized for (darker) printed textiles. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
My goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate and adjust requirements into design.
Ideally you've already gained experiences regarding advertising and copywriting as well as you are familiar with current trends.
Most importantley, you are required to keep any copyrights at all times. It will not be tolerated if you use sources (logos, slogans and so on) protected by trademark law. It may result in legal consequences. If you are planning to process free commercial illustrations (like from Pixabay and so on) you have to customize them such that they are deeply modified.
How it will be done:
First of all please create an example design with aid of the attached phoenix image. Customize it, optimize it for dark backgrounds and just be creative with it. If this is not yours you could create another example with a funny text starting like "It's a fact that ...".
This example won't be published anywhere and I dont't pay for it, I just want to see what strengths you have.
If this first design is awesome and you are the chosen one, you will get instructed to the target audience and the requirements for the first try. This first try includes 50 designs which will be paid for 1,20 $ each, alltogehter 60 $.
If this first try (first 50 designs) is pretty good, I'm planning to increase your reward by 46 % (1,75 $ each design) and employ you for further work.
Requirements for your designs:
- 4724 x 4724 pixels (200 dpi) resolution
- PNG and PSD file format
Deliverable:
- graphic designing experience
- besides the mentioned example please send me a portfolio of at least five illustrations or other graphics in advance (I don't use them for publishing)
- familiarity with current trends and your design software
- a keen eye for aesthetics and details
