Data and Social Media Lead for the beauty industry (remote)

Hi,

We do analytics and listening for beauty brands on Instagram, and looking to expand our service with an even deeper understanding of the online conversation ( ---------- ).

I am searching for a person to help do three things:
1) Find and categorise beauty brands on Instagram
2) Help enrich and qualify leads coming to identify the best ones through outreach
3) Be in charge of the social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter)

It is important you are:
- interested in the beauty industry
- heavy instagram user
- experience as a social media manager
- interest in analytics
- great at writing communication

It is a plus if you have
- experience with sales development
- experience with data analysis

We are a remote first company and are spread across the Philippines, India, Denmark and USA. 99,9% of the communication happens on Slack to ensure everyone is included.

You decide to a large extent what hours you want to work in - no need to do the graveyard shift - and there is a large degree of freedom in the daily planning of the work. The position is remote, so if you want to sit in a coffeeshop, at home, with your baby in a flexible wrap or something completely different it is up to you. As long as you are able to work efficiently :-)
