Web Design Professional Needed for Ongoing Projects

I am in need of a Wordpress Designer to add to my team. Even better if you are a developer as well and have experience with development.

Must have excellent WP skills, and know CSS, php, HTML, so you can customize wordpress themes as needed.

MUST BE ON SKYPE DURING U.S. WORKING DAY.

MUST BE RESPONSIVE AND REPLY TO INQUIRIES WITHIN 8-10 HOURS.

Must have PERFECT ENGLISH and be able to easily and quickly edit or customize a wordpress site, optimize it for speed, etc.

MUST be completely proficient in SEO and be able to complelety perform on page SEO including SCHEMA!!!!

Graphic design is needed at times as we need new sliders for websites, i.e. merge two photo's together to create a before and after, add text to an image, creating a beautiful header, etc.

Looking for somebody long term. Please, let's not waste each others time, if you don't fit these criteria, do not apply.
