Sales Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities: ? Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies/projects, and schemes related to social media postings video editing and releases, including advertising and PR ? Develop and improve/maintain corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the Company’s brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management. ? Plan, and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, vision, mission, aims and activities
? Manage, coordinate, conceptualize and successfully implement all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities ? Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products/brands ? Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information ? Responsible for and coordinate market research projects, and utilize the data obtained to help determine current marketing effectiveness, and formulating future marketing schemes ? Works across all media platforms in creating marketing materials for the Company. ? Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results ? Determine and manage marketing budget ? Will work closely with other employees in other functions such as production, purchasing, operations, technical as well as with the distributors ? Coordinate and participate in activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers and production managers, to market products and services
? Perform any other business related tasks that may be assigned by the Management
Job Qualification:
? Graduate of any 4 year course preferably Management, Marketing or related field
? Proven experience as Sales and Marketing expert
? Skilled in project management
? Knowledge of marketing techniques for event management
? Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
? Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
? Excellent organizational skill and a knack for problem-solving
? Customer-service orientation and a team player with leadership skills
? Can start work immediately
