NEEDED: Chief-of-Staff (E-Commerce, Content-Heavy -- Full Time & Remote)

I need a talented General Manager to manage my operations while I continue to grow the business.

- Hiring and training new employees
- Paying salaries bi-monthly
- Building out SOPs and systems
- Planning and executing projects
- Managing teams and answering questions
- Tracking key numbers and preparing reports
- Providing solutions for problems faced in different departments
- Managing communication with business partners
