ABOUT YOU:
• Experienced in using Etsy and uploading Print on Demand (POD) Products Using Printful (or Have Experience of using Amazon Merch, Gearbubble, Dropshipping on Amazon etc.)
• Experienced in Customer Service, ideally for Etsy or dealing with ecommerce customers in the USA
• Excellent English (Written and Spoken)
• Knowledge of Graphic Design and access to Photoshop preferable, able to create mockups for listings on Etsy
• Highly organised
• Pays attention to detail
• Can type fast and use a computer quickly and efficiently
• Won’t be easily offended
• Go-getter attitude
• Extremely reliable
• Positive, no excuse attitude

• I run a Print on Demand T-shirt Design eCommerce Business
• I have been designing T-shirts for 10+ years
• I move very fast and expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees and treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an English (UK) Company located in London


ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Write product listings for Etsy (USA English)
• Product and Keyword research / SEO for Etsy (USA)
• Upload listings to Etsy using Printful (USA)
• Create simple T-shirt mockups for Etsy using Photoshop
• Do online research
• Data entry using Google Docs or Airtable
• Organise and file documents using Google Drive
• Work at least 1 hour each day on Customer Service 5 Days a week, Total: 20-25 hours each week including Listing products
• Potential to grow in the role as the company grows and also go Full-Time

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week, then twice a month
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
