Customer Service Phone Support

1. Answer telephone calls from customers Monday through Friday: 9 am to 6 pm US Pacific Time.
2. Fill out an online form based on customer's request.
3. Transfer certain phone calls to other workers.
4. Chat support.
5. Calling customers to follow-up on requests and service questions.
6. Must have RingCentral Desktop Phone and have fast reliable internet connection.
7. Must be fluent in the English language.
