Ecommerce RockStar in an Ultra-Growth Singapore Firm

We are looking to hire Ecommerce Executive who will assist with our operations in our growing dynamic company. The position needs someone who is adept in sales, marketing and customer service.
You must be able to work in SINGAPORE working hours, have research and analysis skill, good communication skill, ability to handle a range of tasks under high pressure and an honesty ---------- PETENCIES:
• Language Proficient: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a must. The applicant must be capable of communicating effectively through written and verbal means.
• Drive and passion to work in a busy, demanding yet stimulating role
• High level of planning and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with suppliers and your team members
• Ability to liaise and negotiate our terms with a diverse range of overseas suppliers (mainly in Asia)
• Comprehension: The ability to understand and execute instructions without fail is impeccable.
• Fast learner: Must have the ability to get up to speed with our processes and systems.
• Customer-centric: Customers breathe life to any business, and the applicant must be able to understand the importance of a client in an organisation. Hence, he/she should be resolute in helping the company’s clients with their needs.

MUST-HAVE:
- Able to work 40 hours per week
- A working computer.
- Fast and stable internet connection will be necessary for this job
- Consistent and Stable power supply

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Read and respond to Facebook Messages and Comments
2. Compile all pricing and suppliers information
3. Process customer orders on FB messages
4. Adjust inventory and stock
5. Supplier Research
