LOOKING FOR: Full-Time Outreach Manager (Guest Blogging/Link Building)

A growing digital marketing agency is looking for an Outreach Manager for guest blogging and link building campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience managing multiple inboxes and has experience using Ninja Outreach or Mailshake. As outreach manager you will also be tasked with handling email campaigns and managing a small team of Link Prospectors and Writers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle email correspondence with linking partners. This includes cold emailing, follow ups, and negotiations. We use templates for these, but we need someone with good decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Handle multiple email inboxes.
- Run outreach campaigns using Mailshake and Ninja Outreach.
- Coordinate with Writers and Link Prospectors to ensure we meet our targets.
- Other ad hoc tasks that related to outreach.

SKILLS:

- Must be very familiar with Gsuite
- Mailshake and Ninja Outreach skills is a MUST
- Superb communication skills
- Perfect written English
- At least 6 months email outreach experience
- WordPress experience
