Video Editor using FCPX with AfterFX experience

I am looking for an editor who has at least 3 years of experience with high-end editing videos.
Someone who is fast, who can colour grade and can also animate using After Effects.

I am looking for someone who is a great communicator and doesn’t mind face to face meetings if required. Someone that is able to use Asana as our project manager tool.

I am looking for someone who understands flow, timing and telling a story. You must use Final Cut Pro. I am looking for continuous weekly blogs to be edited (12 to start) with mini clips to go with main videos.

You also must be resourceful when it comes to finding stock images to match the story if need be.

Please edit the first video first to get everything correct with the style and then the others will match.

The deadline is one week from accepting of this post or as discussed.

Please post any videos you have completed as examples for me to look at.
