Daaxo Wares is looking for the help of a dynamic, problem solving virtual assistant to help manage Amazon accounts and logistics operations for a growing ecommerce company. This is a 20-30 hour per week position and includes bonuses for Amazon reimbursements. Base pay will be $5-8/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Duties:
- Communicate with suppliers and freight partners and maintain a running log of purchase order status and location.
- Updating and maintaining Purchase Orders using Inventory Planner software.
- Create & manage shipments in Amazon Seller Central
- Process inventory transfers with our local 3PL warehouses using their online systems.
- Supply FBA product labels and box labels to suppliers.
- Organize POs, invoices and shipping documents in Google Drive.
- FBA shipment reconciliation
- FBA fees check and Reimbursement Report audits
- Monitor and maintain Amazon product listings (in both MYI and PDP) in multiple marketplaces
- Monitor and address Seller Performance notifications
- Combating counterfeit offers and listings
- Create & manage shipments in Amazon Seller Central
- Working with Amazon Seller Support to fix account/listing issues
- Monitor negative seller feedback & request removal
- Miscellaneous e-commerce Tasks
* You will be on a trial period the first two weeks to assess performance
* Must have flexible schedule and reliable computer setup
REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability during EST working hours
- Reliable Internet connection & computer setup with camera
- Good written English
- Highly organized
- Self motivated and creative, with outside the box thinking
- Extensive Amazon Seller Central experience
- Logistics/supply chain experience
