Web Developer/App Developer Needed

Hi,
I am a web designer in the United States and am seeking to hire someone who has both experience as a web developer/designer and as an app developer to join my team. This would be a part-time position to start with around 60-80 hours per month and will increase in the near future and will eventually be full-time. Pay will start at $440/month 80 hrs of part-time work. The ideal candidate must be skilled in:

>>Web development and design (5+ Years minimum)
>>Wordpress Design
>>CSS
>>HTML
>>Ecommerce
>>App development for both Android and iOS

***Please include a link to your web design and app portfolios (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
***Any relevant experience, certification, and degrees should be listed.
***Please include the Page Builders you are familiar with, i.e. Elementor, DIVI, etc.
***There is NO training provided. We are seeking a candidate who is already skilled in the above criteria.
***We have immediate work that you can start on and are looking to hire someone within the next week.
