Product Research VA to find products for an eCommerce store

-Who are we?
Our company runs an eCommerce store using Shopify that sells products via ---------- through Facebook and Instagram Ads.

-Who are we looking for?
We're currently looking for a VA who can do product research to find good products with potential to generate sales. Previous experience is highly taken into account.

-What does the job consist on?
Analyze websites like Aliexpress, Amazon, Ebay, and similar ones to find relevant products that can be marketed through Facebook and Instagram to generate sales.

-What type of freelancer and business relationship do we need?
We want to establish a long term relationship, we're not just looking for someone to send us a few products now and then. We actually want to invest in you so that you can learn this craft as good as possible and become a valuable member of our team. We have an incentive system that will give you bonus $ when you find products that generate significant sales. We have a short training that will explain everything so that you can understand everything from day one.

On the long term, if you start finding good products that bring good sales and follow the guidelines, the incentives system will reward you massively.

The first month we'll do a trial, and we'll pay you $3/hour + incentives and bonuses. If we accept you, your salary will increase to $4/hour.
