T-shirt Desiner

Hello,
if you love to do easy, nice and clean designs, i would love to hear from you.

We deserve the idea of ??the designs (most of them are in english and german), because we work in Germany and sometimes in US

we are a small company with 3 employees, and we want to grow our small business.
Business is increasing. We are looking for 3 young people to join our young and creative team.
WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
- Full Time Designer (40 hours / week) for a long business relationship


- You do your own designs and you start them by sketch with a pen!
(Which means you can draw) :-)


- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software


- Knowledge in Trademark (Do not DO Batman Shirts :-))


- Google Drive (for the workspace)


- Responsibility


- Good English Communication
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:


- Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Individual salary depending on YOU) for example monthly salary can go from $ 400 to $ 1000 depending on the work
We Pay 1$ for one T-shirt Desin and the Bonus


- Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)


- Easy communication via skype, FB Messenger, Google Drive
