Cold Calling and Lead Generation For Real Estate Company (English and Spanish Required)

I am looking for a VA to cold call numbers for generating leads. I have a Real Estate Investing company and I am looking to scale. Your duties will include calling individuals that will potentially want to sale their home, reading a script to them, and converting them into a lead for us to close on. Because of our clientele here, you will need to be fluent in both English and Spanish. You will also be responding to emails and and phone calls that come in on a daily basis. I need someone that can work FAST and EFFICIENT and can handle large volumes of work. This job requires a high level of organization and communication skills. I prefer someone with sale experience and the ability to develop quick rapport with clients. Real Estate and cold calling experience is also preferred.
