1. Filipinos or Chinese who have lived there for more than two years.
2. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business management or related fields, with master's degree preferred.
3. Over 3 years of experience in headhunting and excellent personal performance, including at least 2 years of experience in headhunting team management.
4. Customer resources or long-term BD customer experience is preferred.
