Branch SUPERVISOR
For our CEBU AND MACTAN branches

REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 2 years experience in FAST FOOD INDUSTRY
2. Highly organized and creative problem solving skills with multi tasking abilities in a high turnover environment.
3. Computer literate with MS WORD and EXCEL proficiency
4. Ability to communicate fluently in person and over the phone
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Strong command and leadership in guiding a team to meet and exceed standards
7. Strong marketing skills in bringing in by passers and train cashiers and dining in custom greetings and responses.


Package:
Supervisor starting rate at 12k,
WITH ESCALATION to 13-14 level, once skills are proven efficient and consistent with potential to grow to managerial posts at 15-18k
