RacquetFlex is an online tennis instruction and education company. We sell private tennis coaching services, online courses, and various other products.

We give tennis enthusiasts and athletes the instruction and information they need to finally hit powerful, effective strokes, win more matches, and boost their confidence. As a fully digital company, almost everything we create requires some sort of visual design element to effectively communicate information to viewers while showing that we are trustworthy and professional.

We believe that the only way to stand out from our competition is to not only produce the best content BUT also, present it in the most professional and HQ way.

We’ve grown our tennis YouTube channel, RacquetFlex, to over 12K subscribers, despite having launched less than a year ago by creating some of the most comprehensive instructions in our niche. However, we believe that the most important phase starts from the very beginning - the first ---------- order for people to give us a chance in a crowd of other thumbnails, we need something unique, modern, and eye-catching.

We're looking for someone who can design content that instantly stands out from the competition with skill in design psychology, split testing to find what works best in our niche, and experience in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

We’re looking for a LONG TERM relationship (at least 6-12 months) with an experienced graphic designer. A self-taught graphic designer or student (current or past) who is building a portfolio is perfect for this position!

Job Description

- Tracing images to create vector illustrations.
- Designing product images, content thumbnails, cover images etc.
- Basic photo touchup and thumbnail optimization techniques (blur, color correction, sharpening, etc.).
- May need to work with our web designer
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have access to and be able to use both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Must have knowledge of basic design elements and design psychology.
- Must be available to communicate Mon - ---------- AM - 5 PM PST.
- Self Taught is fine, no formal education necessary. Passion is the key!
- Design style must stay true to the brand. (clean, modern, minimalistic)
- IMPORTANT: Must be able to work quickly, effectively, and have previous experience in DESIGNING for other companies or influencers!
