Need VA to Generate Leads via Email Marketing + LinkedIn + IG/ FB Direct Message

Hello OnlineJobs.PH,

I am looking for an efficient Admin VA/ lead generation expert to scrape emails, send emails, manage my inbox, manage LinkedIn messages, and connection requests to help drive more booked appointments and strategy sessions for my digital marketing agency. BONUS if you know how to direct message niche-specific prospects on Facebook and Instagram with the goal of booking an appointment/ strategy session/ sales call.

I need the following from you:
• Knowledge of how to scrape emails and build valid lists in the Dental/ Medical niche (or any niche for that matter)
• Know how to use gmail/ g suite to send emails manually and professionally without spamming
• Know how to manage inbox and replies so we stay organized and keep up with the leads
• Manage LinkedIn, send messages to Dentists/ Dental Practice Business Owners with given template that we can constantly tweak to improve and optimize replies and booked appointments
• Respond to messages through Email, Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook and convince prospects to book a strategy session in my given calendar link (Calendly link provided)


You will also need to possess an excellent knowledge of/ability to:
• Follow up with prospects diligently until they book an appointment or say NO
• Stay organized
• Knowledge of Active Campaign or a similar CRM
• Knowledge of Mailshake (used to automated cold email outreach)
• Knowledge of how to use LinkedIn to find targeted prospects, send connection requests, and start conversations through messages


Doing this properly can land you a FULL TIME job with consistent work every month. Please include at least ONE example of your lead generation/ email marketing/ Linkedin outreach work.
