Are you a technical writer who is able to write legal briefs and appeals in English? (From a Manila office)

I am an attorney with offices in San Diego, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm looking for a fluent English speaker who understands the nuances of the English language. I have over 80 legal briefs available to help understand the issues and format, but you need to be able to write as an American. This will be a regular job with full time office hours in Manila.
