Are you a Real Estate VA?

I am looking for an experience real estate assistant with prior experience in real estate investment.

I am a licensed agent needing help with completing multiple task throughout the day including but not limited to managing email campaigns, follow ups, social media accounts. This position also entails appointment setting with private homeowners of vacant properties, banks, contractors, and vendors.
The right candidate will have great attention to detail, can work independently, and is interested in making the business better. There is opportunity for bonuses & growth for the right candidate.


Must be a fluent English Speaker. Looking for someone Part Time with potential for Full Time. Experience in contract to close, Spanish speaking and graphic design a plus.

Qualifications:

Must be able to make calls between 10:00am and 7:00 pm EST 2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and some weekends.
Must be Reliable, Need to be able to consistently work remotely with minimum supervision in a quiet location.
Tech savvy - Ability to use a smartphone, G-Suite, Slack and other web-based applications we have.
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in real estate sales/investment experience
Must be available and have flexible schedule in Eastern standard time
Must have a Desktop or Laptop with high speed internet access.

Run accurate comparable Upgrade to see actual infon comparable research based on current MLS Upgrade to see actual infon comparable research based on MLS sold properties.
Have extensive experience with MLS research.
Have experience working for real estate investors.
Be familiar with the term ARV.
Be able to communicate effectively with MOTIVATED SELLERS
Write offers for purchase of Upgrade to see actual infond multiple contracts per day.
Be familiar and able to write quit claim deeds.
