Video Editor for website intro video

We need an experience video editor to put together a 45 second intro video based on short clips pulled from other videos and a few stills. This is for a dental website and this will have no audio. There are 10 short scenes.

Although this is a one time Gig... we are a website design firm and are looking for a good video editor for us to be able to work with.
