Virtual Assistant

We are a general contracting company in Eastern Standard Time. Our desired hours are from 9:00 am-5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. The ideal candidate is seeking long term employment.

Must have:
-Excellent spoken and written command of the English language
-Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Sheets
-Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:
-Screening customers to ensure they are ready for upcoming general contracting work
-Following up with customers after general contracting work has been completed
-Following up with leads to convert to sales
-Update list of customers weekly
-Update list of subcontractors as necessary

Blogging experience is a plus!
