We are launching two exciting new programs for our clients and we are looking for One program manager to oversee the rollout and ongoing management of these two key programs.

This could be a perfect role for the Project Manager looking to take that next step to Program Manager.

You are equal parts operationally minded and people leader, trainer, coach, resource, connector, ass-kicker, and even cheerleader! At the core, you will be accountable for ensuring our clients have the structure, tools, support, resources, and encouragement needed to have their investing business be super successful.

This role is highly collaborative you will work with a dedicated group of people in business teams, technical teams, senior leadership, and third-party suppliers.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Program creation and Roll-out
These are new programs that have been created at a high level and they now need to be delivered to our clients
You will work with senior management to create and execute a plan to deliver these programs using the resources and teams available
You will create the flow and systems need for delivery of the programs


On-Boarding
Welcome new clients to the network and ensure all on-boarding steps occur smoothly and be a point of escalation should there be any challenges in that process.
Training and Development of clients
Ensure that clients know where their training tools are
Keep the Training and Development library current and up to date
Communicate regular program updates, notification, reminders and resources for relevant events


Web & Communications
Capture all conversations with individual clients in our CRM platform
Leverage tools in CRM to be more effective and responsive to our clients (email templates, workflows, etc.)
Work with individuals from a place of service - seeking first to understand and getting clarity of issues before going into solutions mode
Create and send Group emails/communications to the clients - leverage tools of a robust CRM and Marketing Automation platform
Manage/Update Wordpress (or equivalent) blogs
Work with our web programmers to execute changes and updates to site content
Webinar set-up, execution and follow-up


Project Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak effectively before groups of managers and employees.
Highly organized and detail oriented; with excellent time management skills
Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets project standards
Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustment as necessary to ensure successful completion
Ensure that project deliverable are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems
Evaluate and work with the project team to approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases, as directed by company and customer procedures.

Your Experience

Given the nature of this role we are looking for someone who has a “generalist” yet project focused background. You may have run a Sales or Marketing Department or perhaps you have even run your own business. You may have a background in Community Engagement or Investor Relations. Ultimately you will have a background of experience that demonstrates your abilities as an “expert in relationships” and the drive to fulfill on this dynamic and exciting ---------- pensation:
