Grow my social media channels

I'm looking for an experienced social media marketer who can not only grow my FB, IG and Linkedin but will also generate leads. Please reply if interested in the job with proven ways you've increased following. Where your client started when working with you with likes/follows, where they are now or when you stopped working with them and how long the process took. Please note, this is for organic growth only NOT PAID FB ads and I do not want purchased followers or likes.
