JOB OVERVIEW

Dear Friend,
we are eCommerce Company selling in Europe and USA.
We are sourcing our products from China and are looking for a Supply Chain Manager.
You will
1. Identify products to re-order based on inventory levels in Amazon Stock and warehouse
2. Prepare new orders
3. Monitor order progress and push suppliers including organization of inspection of goods and reviewing inspection reports for quality issues
4. Arrange shipment from China to Germany and US incl. consolidation of goods within China
5. Planning of 40 Foot Container loading in Excel
6. Tracking of shipment in container
7. Support delivery to Amazon by giving instructions to our 3rd Party Warehouse in Germany

You should be used to the following tools:
1. Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
2. Email
3. Understanding of ERP Software (we use ERP Next)
4. You should be able to also use skype and telephone / Video calls!

We are about 7 people. we work in Germany Time Zone. Our team is all over the world and we are a happy team. We like to work and communicate.
