T-shirt Designer

Hello,

I'am from Germany and I'am starting a T-shirt buisness. Therefor I need someone who is able to design cool, funny and unique designs in specific thematic areas.
I'am searching for someone to work with in a long term realtionship.
For the beginning I would like to pay 1 Dollar per Design and i should need 20 designs per week.
If the business is rolling after a few month I'am down to pay you up to 2 dollars or more per design and i will need more than 20 designs per week.
