Expert Customer Service VA- Full Time Opportunity

Growing online information marketing business is looking for a full time, long term virtual email/phone customer service/admin assistant. We help actors with the business side of the entertainment industry through courses, products, and coaching.

We will first test the fit by starting you off at part-time.

Position:
We are currently seeking a virtual email/phone customer service/admin assistant who will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Exceptional Customer Service – email and phone: must have energetic, upbeat, and positive personality
• Possibly maintaining the Infusionsoft database – adding contact information, managing tags, uploading / maintaining autoresponders
• Online research tasks
• Booking travel
• Possibly basic website management/updates (adding/changing content)
• Working with Google Drive Surveys

The qualified candidate must:
• Native-level English languages skills (written and oral)
• Have CRM experience (preferred)
• Have an understanding of Wordpress
• Be skilled with all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Be comfortable interacting online
• Be detail oriented
• Have excellent follow-up skills
• Be a highly skilled writer and communicator
• Be self-motivated
• Have the ability to think outside the box
• Be problem resolution oriented
• Have a warm & charismatic personality – customer service oriented
• Have a positive attitude
• Be team oriented
