Requirements:

-Experience in handling disputes, billings and / or refunds
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
-Experienced in payment gateway processing and/or payment dispute would be advantage
-Excellent written/email communication is a MUST

Job Responsibilities:

·Refund Verification
Handling verification for all processed refunds and keep clear records
·Dispute Support
Supporting dispute agents on dispute related clerical tasks
·Ad Hoc Tasks

Must Have:

• Stable internet with a speed of at least 5 Mbps
• Backup Internet with a speed of at least 3 Mbps
• PC/Laptop at least i5 processor
