Looking for a reliable VA with linkbuilding experienc

I am looking for someone who can do the following:
-build manual web 2.0 links
-do manual blog commenting
-article writing
-record daily activities that they perform
-setup promotional campaigns using software like senuke, gsa search engine submitter, xrumer, bookmark demon etc

As these software programs are unique, there will be training that will go along with them, but previous experience would be an asset

I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, a hard worker, reliable and able and willing to learn new things.
