Graphics Specialist - Front End Developer

My name is Abdul.

I am the CEO of Internet Secrets in Australia.

We are an internet marketing company, and have approx 50 web sites that we need to launch as part of our products and services - the designs of these sites are already completed.

I am looking for a full time person to help with modifying web site designs built in Photoshop, to enhance designs and produce html from Photoshop to hand off to developers to build-out.

In this position you will mostly work with Photoshop, however, you might need to work with html, and css to enhance front-end web site design.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with extensive experience with Photoshop to modify existing designs, and has worked with html, css.

We are continuously building new web sites, offering new products and services to the market.

We are hiring many new employees, to service our growing business, and customer demands.

It is expected that this position will grow into a leadership position managing other graphics designers as we grow our business and demand grows.

The base salary for this position is between US$200 - US$500, p/month depending on your experience. In addition we will be offering a bonus at the end of the year between US$1,000 - US$5,000 depending on your performance - based on key performance indicators (KPI'S) agreed to between you and your direct manager.

In addition to the above, your base salary will increase every year as the business grows.
