Project Controler PCO

Hello Virtual Assistants,

I am a Project Manager working for a small company and I need help for planning, costing and following costs.

So as a project controller, you will be responsible to follow cost and revenue in different IT Projects.

You must report costs and forecast the profitability of projects.
You must also follow the cash flow of the company and calculate each employee/freelance profitability and forecast how long they can work.

your duties can include regular reporting on the profitability of the project, status of cash flow actual over forecast based on contract terms which involve close monitoring of payment certified by the Client against payment to be made to subcontractor or suppliers and project cost control by continuous cost optimization.

You will work remotely and will deal with the project manager, vendors and payroll manager.
Projects are situated in Canada and some people speak French.
