Social Media Manager for a Feminist Company

We are seeking a full-time social media manager for our Canada-based company.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a proven track record with social media. Your personal accounts are thriving and you know how to garner followers. You have referrals to companies you've worked with in the past and can provide their website and contact information for verification.

- Be excellent at writing social media posts in English. Please note, we will read your profile and your resume carefully. Any errors will disqualify you.

- Be organized, excited, and reliable.

- Know how to speak up, share ideas, and be part of a growing team.

This position will be a full-time position that includes:

- Managing our company social media accounts
- Writing social media posts
- Scheduling social media posts
- Reporting on analytics of each account with a commitment to growing our followers and audience engagement (increases in pay will be dependent on social media metrics)
- Creating memes and images that align with our brand

Our company works with sexuality, eating disorders, social justice, and relationships, so you must be comfortable writing about sex, anatomy, and bodies. You will be required to learn about trauma, eating disorders, sexuality, and relationships so that you can write about these topics from a place of expertise.

We are a small company that teaches about sex, love, and bodies. Everything we do is deeply committed to social justice. We work with transgender clients, gay and lesbian clients, clients who have been abused, disabled clients, and our audience is from around the world.
