Top Notch - Customer Service Rep - Must Have Experience Handling Entire Ecom Shopfiy Store

Hi,

We're looking for someone to handle and takeover our entire customer service for our Shopify store.

We're looking for someone who can do this 7 days a week. We have an established store so this can be long term for ---------- t just a few weeks.

As of right now our shops main form of custom service is done via gmail email.

We get around 40-120 emails daily. That number is growing as our order volume is on the rise!

Skills:
Great english speaking skills - 99% of our emails are from english speaking customers
Previously have worked with a large shopify store - please let us know who.
