About Yourself:

• You must have experience as a Recruitment Consultant either Virtual or having worked at a Company’s Offices.
• You will be able to work remotely from the Phillipines.
• Great English writing communication.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Extremely reliable.
• If you are looking for a long term job and to learn a lot about marketing/sales both online and offline, this will be a dream position for you.

Position :
• Call & Email employers & potential candidates.
• Using social media ( Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin ) to engage potential candidates
• Making Facebook Posts on numerous pages
• Researching leads and compiling data
• Handling customer service emails
• Work 5 days a week - 8 hours a day (can be split up during day)

Compensation:
• Will pay everyday for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay ONE MONTH EXTRA PAY after 12 months as Bonus.
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Year 1 - Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year).
Year 2 - you get 15 days!
Year 5 - you get 20 days!!! (we really reward loyal employees)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
