Will be responsible for all incoming phone calls and outgoing calls with potential leads and existing clients. Collect all information needed to review/approve a real estate deal. Must be fast and professional.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must have experience in dialing to US Customers
Respond To Incoming Calls From Clients
Convert Incoming inquiry calls into leads for sales
Call potential Leads And Sell Loan Programs
Document all appointments completely and correctly (CRM, Spreadsheets etc)
Follow up with existing borrowers for latest pictures of properties
Respond to Chat From Clients On Site
Log messages accurately
Chase payments from existing borrowers
Follow up with existing borrowers on renewals of insurance policies
Respond professionally to client questions and issues
Must Be Able to Work Remotely
Strong written and spoken english skills
Display teamwork and strive towards achieving a common goal
Should be target driven and result oriented
