Outbound Cold Caller Needed

Looking for a dedicated outbound caller to handle my prospecting needs.

-Full time job & who can start right away
-Cold Calls for the whole shift
-Shift Starts at 11am-3pm Eastern Time (New York), and 5pm-8pm ET, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 10am-3pm ET
-30-40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday
-Hourly pay, rate Increase will depend on your performance & productivity within 2 months

MUST HAVE:
A quiet place to work from
Noise CANCELLATION HEADSET
Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
Minimum i3 or amd6 processor PC/Laptop
Minimum 1 yr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.

Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE ---------- TE:
Typing skills at least 30 wpm as you type notes while with the prospect is on the line.
I am looking for candidates who can start immediately with near-native spoken English.
Reliable who can show up to work consistently everyday.
Positive Attitude who is willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to be better as quickly as possible.
