Corporate Partnerships Manager - Visayas
The Role
The primary purpose of this position is to support geographical expansion of Corporate Strategic Partnerships in Visayas. He/She will support the Head of Strategic Partnerships in developing new corporate partnerships to create and maximize shared values and generate unrestricted funding and support from different companies in support to Save the Children Philippines programs and campaigns.
The post holder is expected to deliver revenue goals through engagement with corporate partners and stakeholders. He/She is expected to develop, implement and scale up different unrestricted fundraising strategies following the initiative coming from National team in order to grow our partnership footprints significantly in the coming three years. Apart from this, he/she is also responsible for overseeing and coordinating other fundraising opportunities in the area
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's degree with a focus on Sales and Marketing required, MBA preferred.
· Must have at least 4-5 years' experience in sales with significant networking and account management experience.
· Proven track record in account and/or campaign management in competitive environments.
· Corporate social responsibility and public/private partnership experience is a plus
· Knowledge of current theories and practices in sales, marketing and communications
· Possess positive attitude with an entrepreneurial drive to achieve success
· Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to negotiate challenging situations to achieve goals & deadlines
· Excellent oral an writing skills
· Goal Oriented with the ability to solve problem & take initiative
· Ability to work in ambiguous environment
· Knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to drive projects through completion and prioritize task
Contract length: Fixed-term position for one (1) year, To be hosted by Visayas Office/ Roving
