The Role

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the organization to initiate the production and distribution (sale/ in exchange of donation) of SCP merchandise in connection with the centenary of SCP and other items. The post holder will work with the designers (consultants), venues/ activity hosts and organizers, producers/ vendors, companies (for CRM and others), to produce and promote/ sell the products. The proceeds of the products will support Save the Children Philippines' domestic programs.
The post holder will deliver on revenue goals by selling the SCP merchandise and also designing and producing Corporate Give Aways which she/ he and the Corporate Team can both promote. The post holder has a profit vs loss KPI.
The RMM will be responsible for establishing networks, creating campaigns that engage the public and other stakeholders for the promotion of the merchandise and give aways.

Qualifications and Experience

• Positive attitude with an entrepreneurial drive to achieve success
• Proven track record in sales and promotion (experience 5 years in sales/ marketing)
• Skills in peoples management/ networking
• Goal oriented with the ability to solve problems & take initiative
• Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office package
• Results-oriented
• Ability to drive projects through to completion and prioritise Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent communication & writing skills both in English and Filipino
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to negotiate challenging situaions to achieve goals & deadlines
• Shows commitment to Save the Children's mission, vision and values.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork is required across multiple sections of the organization including programs, web communications, and branding among others.
• Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, age sensitivity and fully comply with Save the Children's Child Protection Policy and Guidelines.
• Subject to police reference check (child protection requirement)
Contract length: Fixed Term position until January 2020 based in National Office, Makati City
