The Role

The primary purpose of this position is operationalize the testing and implementing of methods to acquire individual donors - both for single and regular donations to support Save the Children Philippines' domestic programs.
The DCC will deliver on revenue goals through engagement with external and internal partners, stakeholders and volunteers.
The DCC will be responsible for maximizing a portfolio of fundraising campaigns through the development of strategic engagement plans. Strong cross-functional teamwork is required across multiple sections of the organization including programs, web communications and branding among others.

Qualifications and Experience

• Positive attitude with an entrepreneurial drive to achieve success
• Proven track record in networking/ account and/ or campaign coordination in competitive environments; experience in campaigning, convincing, negotiating with successful results will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to negotiate challenging situations to achieve goals & deadlines
• Goal oriented with the ability to solve problems & take initiative
• Bachelor's degree required and at least 4 years in fundraising and/ or marketing
• Proven track record in account management and development
• Excellent communication & writing skills both in English and Filipino
• Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office package
• Results-oriented.
• Ability to drive projects through to completion and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrates strong commitment to Save the Children's mission, vision and values. Previous experience with child rights programming will be an advantage
• Passion and commitment to Save the Children's mission and values.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork is required across multiple sections of the organization including programs, web, communications, and branding among others.
• Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, age sensitivity and fully comply with Save the Children's Child Protection Policy and Guidelines
• Subject to police reference check (child protection requirement)
Contract length: Fixed Term position until January 2020 based in National Office, Makati City
