Wordpress plugin

What I'm looking for:

A timed quiz (minimum 5 linked questions in only 60 seconds) wordpress plugin that I can giveaway an item if successful.

Must be able to link Q1 to Q2 to Q3 etc.with a countdown clock that can be modified depending on the number of questions. All questions must be correct in order to link to the next question. Selected questions need to randomizable so that no one can predict which questions are presented. Either an incorrect answer or a time out is elimination. Success is then linked to the reward.
