JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an all rounder Virtual Assistant with a proactive approach to problem solving and providing customers with positive outcomes consistently.

Activities include:
- Checking emails and answering customer questions (live chat)
- Logging internal support tickets for developers and programmers.
- Building knowledge base for customer self-service.
- Monitoring an administrative back-end for anything that should be raised with technical support, or upper management.
-Rewriting blog articles, writing new blog artcles
-social bookmarking and seo article sharing online
-management of social media profiles (Facebook & Twitter)
- Daily debriefing to identify opportunities to improve support systems and customer satisfaction.


English skills should be 5/5 to a native level, with a high focus on proper grammar on tone.

Must be capable to speak on phone with customers with great english.

We look after our staff and look for long-term hires when we add new team members.

We are looking for staff who are reliable, turn up to work on-time
