High expectations, big rewards: We are looking for a professional t-shirt designer

Hello. We are two brothers from Germany highly commited in our t-shirt ---------- w we are looking for more professional graphic designers to produce hundreds and potentially thousands of high quality t-shirts for our growing business. Basically we will need three different kinds of designs: text only designs, graphic only designs and a mix of text and graphic designs.

WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR :
- We’re both working in marketing and have thousands of ideas for our shirts. So our designers should be able to create unique and high quality designs from our ideas and follow our instructions.
- Nevertheless our designers should have a feeling for current trends and ---------- spire us! Enrich us! If our business benefits from your work you will benefit from us!
- Furthermore we expect from you:
- Typographic Design Experience
- Creative Hand Drawn Designs
-Be able to create at least 5 original Designs per day
-Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator or any other related software
-Knowledge in Trademark (NO Batman shirts)
-Good and fast English or German Communication ( We cant wait two days for a response)
-Responsibility
-Google Drive
-High Quality and Unique Designs

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING :

IMPORTANT
- You make sure NOTHING you design violates copyright
- Nothing you sent was ever or will ever be in the future sent to anyone else (original designs only) We check all the designs you send us. We do not tolerate any copyright violations or plagiarism!

PAYMENT
First we will pay you on a per design basis (2-4 $). If your work achieves ongoing sales we will offer you a very good monthly salary

ONLY THE BEST WILL WIN:
As we only want the best designers out there for our business we will do a little competition for this job. First of all we ask all applicants to give us a brief overview of his/her past ---------- nd your portfolio. We will choose the best candidates and send them a little task to check your design and wording skills.
