URGENT! Digital Marketing Manager

Honest Commerce is a UK based E-Commerce company that is urgently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.


Job Purpose:
-To oversee the digital marketing team, providing leadership and support to ensure all aspects of digital marketing are handled efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
-Oversee and ensure a smooth operation for all digital marketing for multiple brands ensuring key milestones and targets are achieved
-Develop digital marketing strategy for numerous brands setting digital objectives and monitoring progress
-Collaborate with Content, Operations and Creative Managers to ensure cohesive working
-Performance manage digital marketing team members, assigning and directing work, and reviewing performance
-Ensure that digital marketing systems and processes are developed, documented and continually updated for an efficient operation, primed for scale
-Identify new trends relating to digital marketing, evaluate new tools and ensure that company is at the forefront of industry developments
-Ensure sufficient and timely flow of management information to seniors according to agreed reporting processes

Basic requirements:
-Reliable and committed
-Excellent English language communication skills
-Attention to detail
-General skills: web research, google drive, project management systems
-Ability and willingness to utilise project management and time tracking software

Role-specific requirements:
-With at least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership role or equivalent
-Experience of line management and performance management desirable
-Excellent understanding of how all digital marketing channels function
-Proven experience generating positive ROI from multiple paid channels, at scale
-Proven experience of audience growth for multiple brands / industries
-Knowledge or experience in an e-commerce sector is a MUST
-Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
-Ability to take direction as well as work independently
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
