HR Recruiter

QUALIFICATION
1) Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
2) Has at least 6 months experience in recruitment involving high - volume recruiting
3) Must be willing to work in Makati and Taguig

RESPONSIBILITY
1) Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
2) Articulate value proposition to candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
3) Schedule candidates for face to face interviews interviews.
4) Keep candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.
