We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant who can work 5 hours per week. Two 1-hour weekly calls are required every Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 AM CT.
Below are the tasks to be assigned:
Marketing
-Send weekly
-Graphic design for digital and print assets
-Schedule (or even write) blog posts
-Post, update and advertise on social media
-Posting and advertising in Craigslist, Eventbrite, and Meetup
Operations
-Transaction management
-Data entry
-Listing presentations, coordination, and updates
Sales
-Follow up with leads
-Inbound/Outbound calls
Admin
-Responding to
-Setting up meetings
-Managing client's calendar
-General admin (creating documents, presentations, etc.)
In order of importance, the qualities we are looking for are:
1. Honesty, integrity, and initiative
2. Knowledge in Social Media Marketing
3. Knowledge and application of Attraction Marketing and Affiliate Marketing
4. Knowledge and application of Video Creation and Editing
5. Knowledge in Real Estate Education Marketing
6. Willingness to join our business as an Independent Marketing Affiliate so that he/she will be fully knowledgeable of and aligned with our marketing focus, timeline, and efforts
